About ASL

Alexander’s Supported Living was established to provide structured, specialist support for adults living with mental health conditions, autism and learning disabilities within their own homes and communities. Since 1986, our work has focused on bridging the gap between clinical services and everyday living, helping individuals build stability, confidence and long-term independence. As part of the wider Park Group, care is rooted in practical experience and a deep understanding of the importance of consistency, dignity and trust. We work in close partnership with families, local authorities and NHS services to deliver support that is both professionally accountable and genuinely person-centred. Our approach combines calm reassurance with clear structure, enabling individuals to progress safely at a pace that reflects their needs.

Care Rooted in Experience

Our origins are grounded in frontline care, shaped by an understanding that meaningful support requires both structure and compassion. From the outset, our focus has been on providing environments where individuals feel safe, understood and able to build confidence over time.

Today, that same philosophy continues to guide our work. By combining experienced teams with clear governance and ongoing training, we ensure support remains consistent, accountable and aligned with best practice across mental health and supported living services.

Working in Partnership

Collaboration sits at the centre of everything we do. We maintain close relationships with local authorities, NHS teams and housing providers to ensure support is coordinated, responsive and aligned with wider care plans. Clear communication and shared accountability allow us to deliver services that are both reliable and adaptable as needs evolve.

Meet the team

Park Group is a family business built on a long-standing commitment to thoughtful, consistent care. As Lawrence and Diane stepped back from day-to-day operations, responsibility passed to their sons, Oliver, Adam and Sven, who grew up closely involved in the values that continue to shape the organisation today. That same ethos underpins Alexander’s Supported Living, where care is delivered with a focus on stability, dignity and long-term support within the community.
